The dramatic rise in cancer statistics in Al-Ahwaz "Shafa Hospital" is the only specialized cancer treatment center in Ahwaz capital, which its last stop for people who have severe environmental pollution to treat them out. Almost all children and 90 percent of adults who need cancer treatment are referring to “Shafa” Hospital. 
“Yasamin”, “Morteza”, “Maryam”, Atefeh” 
Just from the ring earrings you can understand that she is female. All her hair has been dropped, pale and effete sitting on her bed in hospital.“Yasamin” is only five years.
Her mom says: “We are living in in Ahwaz. We have been informed that “Yasamin” has been diagnosed with leukemia since a few months ago. She should be treated by Chemotherapy. They say treatment may take many years.I am afraid that we cannot provide the tremendous costs of treatment.”
“Yasamin” is just a sample of hundreds of Ahwazi Arabs that are encountering with same story, like Hassan from Almohamerah ( Khorramshar), Atefeh from Susa, Morteza from Aabadan and Maryam from Alkhafajiyeh ( Susangerd) each with their mothers residing for some time in pediatric department of Shafa hospital.

Mass arbitrary arrests launched against Ahwazi Arab protestor

Today, Thursday November 27, 14 the Iranian intelligence
service has carried out an arbitrary arrest that leads to arrest number of innocent Ahwazi Arab youth in Al-Ahwaz capital.
According to Ahwazi human rights activists from Ahwaz capital who has confirmed the Ahwazi peaceful demonstration, said that hundreds of Ahwazi Arab has gathered on the banks of Karoon River to protest against diverting Karoon River’s water to the Iranian central provinces (Isfahan, Gom, Kerman). However, the Iranian security forces attacked the protestors and dispersed the peaceful assembly by force and arrested a number of participants.
The Ahwazi activists got a few names of the arrested protestors that are as follows:
1)    Abdullah Abyat
2)    Mehdi Beit Sayah
3)    Khaled Mahawi
4)    Naji Abyat
5)    Shahin Kaabi 
The sources added that the Iranian intelligence service forces has appeared as undercover not by army clothes where by arresting and beating each protestor, they confiscate protestor’s mobile cell phone and wallet and forwarded them directly to intelligence service detention.

After a long time of secret execution, two Ahwazi martyr’s graves have been discoveredHuman Rights activist from Al-Ahwaz reported that eye witness from “Joubeji” village located in 7 KM, Southeast of Ramez (Ramhormoz) city has testified that the Iranian security forces were buried two Ahwazi martyrs (Hashem Shaabani, poet and Hadi Rashidi, engineer) in last winter.
According to eyewitness, the revealed comes after 11 months of Shaabani and Rashidi’s secret executions that had taken place in early January 2014.
Shaabani and Rashidi were sentenced to death in January 2013 by Iranian revolutionary court with ready made charges like “enemy with God”, “propaganda against regime” and “ threat to Iranian national security” after months of physical and psychological torture to extract forced confessions from them. 
Hashem Shaabani and Hadi Rashidi were educated figures of the Ahwazi Arab people and formed “Alhiwar” or “Dialogue” cultural institute to help poor Ahwazi Arab’s student who cannot afford educational expense.

An Ahwazi Arab family calling for Human rights center’s help to accept their request for asylum in Australia

This family has escaped from the Iranian authority’s severe oppression and brutality in 2013 and endured risk of the road and applied for asylum in the High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) of the United Nations in the Australia.
Mr. Najem Alnawaseri and his family who fled to the Australia from Iranian’s torture, confirmed to Ahwazi Center for Human Rights that upon their arrival, they have been took to the refugee camps, where they remained seven months in Christmas island camp, and four months in northern Australia camp call Darwin, and four months in Adelaide camp.
